Regional Sales Director (m/f), full time - Munich


Are you ready for a new challenge? We are looking for a highly motivated, success-driven Regional Sales Director who enjoys selling innovative software products. With us you get the chance to realize yourself and your ideas in a young and dynamic environment from day 1 onwards.

 

Your tasks

  • Initiating new business relationships through relationship management, networking and customer retention
  • Acquisition of own projects, from the first appointment up to completion
  • Procuring new customer requirements for product development
  • Consulting and execution of web demos with interested parties
  • Close exchange and collaborations with the management

Your profile

  • Professional experience in software sales, ideally in the HR industry
  • Technical affinity and quick comprehension when working with software
  • An outgoing personality who knows how to establish a basis of trust with your counterpart
  • Experienced with CRM systems
  • Enthusiastic and passionate individual, interested in start-ups and likes to take on much responsibility
